Status of implementation
Implemented: colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for text on both grounds (silver-on-cream is never used for text); one H1 per page and no skipped heading levels; labelled form fields; visible focus; click-activated menus (no hover-only content); keyboard-operable eligibility check with focus moved to each question heading and an explicit "Next" button (no auto-advance); tap targets of at least 44 px; transcripts for every film and audio piece; reduced-motion respected; language attribute per page and per foreign-language passage.
